Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment along with day-to-day HR and payroll operations. This is a hands-on execution role where HR systems and payroll tools are already in place.

You will work closely with the Operations Head and Founders, owning the complete hiring process while ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Ownership)

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for open roles
• Draft and post job descriptions on hiring platforms
• Source and screen candidates independently
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
• Roll out offer letters and manage joining formalities
• Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment data

HR Operations (Zoho People)

• Manage attendance, leave, and employee records using Zoho People
• Maintain employee data and documentation
• Track employee lifecycle updates and HR-related records
• Respond to routine HR-related queries

Payroll Management (Zoho Payroll)

• Process monthly payroll using Zoho Payroll
• Generate payslips and payroll reports
• Support reimbursements and full & final settlements
• Coordinate payroll-related data with the external CA

Employee Support

• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
• Escalate sensitive matters to the Operations Head / Founders
• Support internal communications and basic engagement activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / People Operations (Fresh MBA HR / BBA HR graduates with hiring exposure are welcome)
• Ability to independently manage hiring end-to-end
• Familiarity with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll (preferred)
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
